Meditation is the mature state of concept

"If the knowledge of the object to which the mind is bound is constantly flowing in a certain way, it is called meditation. Many other scholarships come to mind when one tries to produce some special scholarship by holding the mind in a particular object. If these last scholarships can be suppressed with perseverance, they will be ruined and the first scholarships will prevail. In the end, many scholarships were lost Meditation is perfected if it is achieved in a professional manner. Swami Vivekananda says, “If the mind can be held in any place for twelve seconds, there will be an idea; If this idea is twelvefold, it will be a meditation and if this meditation is twelvefold, it will be a samadhi. For this the main goal of the meditative yogi is to attain the highest goal. Maharshi Yajnavalkya says, "Meditation is the cause of the bondage and liberation of living beings." If you do not meditate, the living being is closed and if you meditate, you are free. Regardless of the religion you believe in or the way you practice it, meeting or indirectly taking refuge in meditation is a must for everyone. Meditation is considered to be the greatest tool in all Hindu religions.

Meditation is mainly divided into gross meditation, astronomy and subtle meditation. The Hatha Yogis call the meditation of Sakar Ishtadevadevi and Guru the gross meditation and the meditation of Jyotirmoy Brahman Jyotirdhyana and the meditation of Bindumayi Kundalini Shakti Suksmadhyana. These three phases are bad medium and good. But if maturity is not born in gross meditation, subtle meditation is not right. In Rajyogam, the meditation of the self is the subtle meditation. There are two types of meditation called Sagunadhyana and Nirgunadhyana. It is meditative to meditate on the incarnation of Goddess Ishtadevadevi and Guru in the heart and to think of you as Brahman or self as Sachchidananda. Negative meditation is better than meditation. Empty meditation is nirgunadhyana. It is recognized as the highest form of meditation. This is not the zero of Buddhism. In Yoga, it is said, "A yogi who meditates incessantly during his stay, while sleeping, and while eating, attains celestial bliss in the sky." This meditation is extremely difficult. It is necessary to meditate on the absolute non-subject, so that the mind must be completely subject or non-subject. There are so many types of meditation in yoga.

Tomb

When the meditation is deep, when the meditation is not up to date and the mind is absorbed in the object of meditation and the meditator is obtained, then samadhi is attained. Maharshi Patanjali said, "When meditation reveals only the object of meditation, Then it is called Samadhi. '' Samadhi is of two types, conscious and unconscious. The tomb in which the debate, judgment, joy and selflessness are loyal is the samprajnata samadhi. In this tomb there is a clear knowledge of the object. For this reason it is called Samadhi with equal knowledge. These four kinds of joy and selflessness are judged in this tomb debate. Debate means questions. Debate burial is again divided into two types of debates and debates. In the tomb in which the external gross ghost meditates as part of the country-period it is called Sabitarka. It contains word meaning and consequent knowledge. This is why it is called a controversial tomb. The tomb in which the past is thought of as a ghost is called the undisputed tomb. As this samadhi is attained, the memory is purified, so there is no relation of triune (sattva rajah tamah) in the memory, and it only expresses the meaning of the object. This is why it is called the undisputed tomb. When the ghosts belong to the Tanmatras as part of the country-period It is thought to be the tomb of justice, and when the ghosts are thought to be the past of time, it is called the tomb of justice. In the aftermath of this burial, both the gross and the subtle ghosts and their subconscious minds have to be abandoned and only the heart has to meditate. If the heart is considered as Rajah and Tamah qualities, it is considered as Sananda Samadhi and if the heart is considered as Rajah and Tamaleshushna Shuddhasattva, and if the Samadhi is deep, then the state of mind is different from the thought of gross and subtle ghosts. When this state is attained, the Yogi becomes Videha. The disembodied yogi does not have a gross physiology. He doesn't think you are gross, he thinks you are thin. In this state the rhythm is called prakritalaya. The yogi who is not satisfied even with such subtle enjoyment is the one who attains the ultimate goal of liberation by attaining the unconscious samadhi. Then it is called Sammit Samadhi.
