Three high stage meditation, active kundalini yoga, kundalini yoga practical, MEDITATION, morning meditation yoga, Indian monk meditation,

 Method-1

Whoever has the habit of sitting (Padmasana, Siddhasana, Sukhasana, Vajrasana, Gomukhasana, etc.), he will sit in that seat and keep his head, neck, back and abdomen in the same straight line and sit with his spine straight. Then the chin will be tilted forward and placed in the middle of the chest and neck, staring at the navel and you can pronounce the sound in your mind. If you keep your eyes and mind in the navel, the shorter the breath, the more stable the mind will be. There is no such thing as a second strategy to fix the mind.

 Method-2

If the mind is scattered at the time of devoting one's mind to the thoughts of Ishtadev or any other matter, then the mind will not be stable. In this state, wherever the mind will run, let the mind go there. Wherever the mind goes, think that your desire is sitting there. He is present everywhere in this world. When the world is Brahmoy and Ishtao Brahmamoy-such a practice awakens in the devotee the feeling that the subject and Ishtadevata or the subject and Brahman are one and the same. Once this idea is formed in the mind, the mind can easily calm down and enter into meditation. It is a very easy and simple way and effective quickly.

 Method-3

In addition to the above two methods, there is another special method to enter meditation. However, this method is a little harder than the above two methods. But if you practice this method, it is very easy to settle down and with it, various powers of the devotee are also acquired. Sit happily on the seat and stick a white piece of paper directly in the wall and draw a small black dot in it. Then he will stare at that point without blinking. Care must be taken that the body does not move, the mind is not disturbed. You have to look at that point with unblinking eyes until the tears come. As a result of continuous practice, the habit of looking like this for a long time will develop. This method is called Tratak Yoga. As a result of long-term yoga practice, the black dot will gradually disappear from the eyes as it gets smaller and smaller. It will come back again after a few moments. If this time is disturbed, it will not work; The goal is to stick to that point. Eventually the vision will be focused on that point and a stream of endless joy will flow in the mind. When the mind becomes concentrated, even if it wants to, it will not want to turn its eyes away from that point. When that situation arises, then it must be understood that Tratak is perfect. This Tratak Yoga is a kind of meditation; this meditation has to be done with the eyes open. The state of meditation is the state of mindfulness that arises when the mind is concentrated on focusing on the point. When Tratak Yoga is perfected, all the diseases of the eyes are removed, the system of radiance of the eyes is purified, the problem of sleepiness is removed, the will power is greatly increased, and infinite hypnotic power is created in the devotee.

There are again many types of Tratak Yoga - e.g. External Tratak, Antar Tratak, Surya Tratak, Chandra Tratak, Bindu Tratak, Jyoti Tratak, etc. Mesmorism can be done very easily if it is achieved through Tratak. But there is a big gap between mesmerism and trance in Western science. They have no idea about the science of mesmerizing hypnosis; they can't tell what's going on. But Tratak Yogi is fully aware of this science.

All the impossible is possible with the help of hypnotic power. The key to hypnosis is willpower, a force that is inherent in us. Thousands of people are fascinated by a great leader. A master directs hundreds of employees arbitrarily, and thousands of disciples obey the orders of a guru. At the root of all this is the power of hypnosis. The purer his character, the more he can master this power. Since willpower is multifaceted, nothing happens in our will. If this scattered desire can be concentrated, then the mind is endowed with infinite power. What an infinite power of hypnotic power; I will end this report by talking about such a special event in the life of Nigamananda Ji.

"Once I was traveling in the forest with my great yoga teacher, when suddenly a giant tiger appeared in front of us. I too became restless for fear of being attacked by the tiger. He stared at the tiger with both eyes, so that the tiger could not move one leg, he just stood there like a doll and wagged his tail, and the tiger stood still until the great man turned his eyes away from the tiger. Then, as soon as he took his eyes off the eyes of the great tiger, he quickly entered the forest and did not look back. We started walking again.
